Again, this proved that the Malaysian Chinese Association has really completely lost its usefulness. If a small matter like Jonker Walk closure was beyond its power then, that 's it.

The following stories may fire your imagination, pique your interest. Some say 1MDB is Malaysia's Sovereign Wealth fund; to others they asked what wealth fund when its total capitalization is just One million ringgit? But, then again, if you think you can look down on the pet idea of the Malaysian prime minister, think again. His idea has the potential of turning the now world famous - or shall we say, infamous - 1Malaysia Development Berhad into a giant corporation you can ever imagine - even bigger than Bill Gate's Microsoft! At least, it could be, if the original course is stayed. It was supposed to inspire Malaysians to think big besides advance growth, according to its slogans screaming out of giant bill boards throughout the country. 'Backed' by the finance ministry who owns it - which means money will never be the problem - it can only succeed. But..it didn't. It failed! That's why it may have piqued many people's curiosity. How can a company flush with cash and can borrow any amount (billions) anytime could fail? Well, this may be in line with your thinking. People have seen since its inception - I mean after its name was changed in 1999 from Trengganu Investment Authority (TIA) to the present - it hasn't done any business! I have used present tense deliberately. It hasn't done any business yet. I mean if you are in business you need to make profit or find ways to make profit. Or close shop. Oh, I had heard about their filings of tax returns and hiring of a couple of internationally known auditors to sign off on their balance sheets; but these concerned only the company's borrowings and interests to be paid. Two massive bonds were issued to the tune of $7 billions. To buy up power plants. Again I want to say if you are in business to make money even investing in independent Power Plants, it should be done with the view to making a profit. The decision may be long term or short term, it doesn't matter, it has to make money, or no deal. May be they have done the right thing. Maybe luck was not on their side. Still, the amount is staggering. I didn't know having or managing so much money can be a problem! But many - especially the Malays - have not given up hope yet. Yes, may be the durians are just ripening; may be they need time and may fall soon!

Malaysia's Vision 2020

Malaysia is supposed to be on its way to becoming a developed nation, by the year 2020. Will she make it (in less than five years -tick-tuck, tick-tuck)? There is no doubt the year 2020 is coming whether the country is ready or not, and if that will be the only requirement then Malaysia will attain that developed nation status on schedule. There is a question, though, Will Malaysia, or Malaysians, for that matter, be ready for that status as far as their affluence, quality of life's concern? Currently Malaysia's GNI per capita stood at US$10060. According to the World Bank high income economies are those with GNI per capita of US$12,745. And until Malaysians earn much more to be there, the developed nation status may not be achieved even by the year 2020. The futility of declaring a country a high income country when it's not, achieves nothing. May be even counter-productive; it lulls the country into false sense of success and premature celebration. Don't forget China reportedly overtook Japan as the world's second largest economy, but in actual fact China's citizens' ca pita income is a fraction of the incomes of the Japanese who earn $37,000. Chinese incomes range from $13,000. China's gross domestic product, taken as a whole, may beat Japan's, but in term of quality of life, and GNI per capita income, the criteria for a developed nation status, China still has a lot of catching up to do. That's why China still qualifies as recipient of Japan's economic aid meant for developing countries. Comparing with the Chinese per capita domestic product, Malaysia is even worse off. Unless the government bucks up and rushes to create more wealth for its citizens, the Vision 2020 dream may remain just that ..a dream.

If These Arabs Or Palestinians Committed These Barbaric Acts In Asia They Wouldn't Have Long To Live!

Isarel Should Deal Firmly With The Out Of Control Palestinians Allowed To Live In Their Mids By The Futile Oslo Accord!
Israel needs to buck up to deal with the scums of the Palestinians - that's how Trump called the Iranian regime people. The time had come to deal firmly with the Palestinians! Every time they attack Jews for no reason (except to drive the Jews out and take over the state of Israel and turn it into a Palestinian state, round up all the guilty ones' families and expel them to Gaza first for a time until such time that all the so-called Palestinian refugees are emptied out of Gaza, like Trump proposed earlier. If more attacks by Palestinians occurred more Palestinians in the West Bank would lose their homes and be expelled to Gaza. In the end, the West Bank would be empty, and Israel could take over the area (which actually the heartland of Israel and belonged to the Jews. It would take time. But once this plan (my plan) is implemented the population of Palestinians would drop drastically as each time they resorted to violence against the Jews they lose the house and right to remain. Do this and Israel's problem will be solved! Checked.
American Voters Should Know The Concomitant Implication Of Voting in Certain Parties or Leaders Or Vote Blindy!
But to be fair it's not Trump who enabled Mamdani to enter the US; it was the Democrats who adopted the open-door policy, which allowed Mamdani to enter the US; and for selfish reason. To disenfranchise white, middle-class Americans who had largely turned away from the Democrats due to persistent, bad policies such as promoting Blacks' violence against whites with immunity and for creating alien sanctuaries in states they controlled, which they managed to continue to control due to so doing. Once they realized the American people - called the middle-class - rejected them, the Democrats hardened further and went berserk, started oppressing them, and burned the bridges with them; tried to take away their guns so that they have no means to protect themselves. Fortunately, the supreme court came to their rescue. Then the Democrats tried other ways to victimize the Middleclass, and there're many. They purposely promote Blacks - even mediocre Blacks against fully qualified Whites. What the Democrats did or are doing to victimize Whites started when Obama (full name Barack Hussein Obama) aimed high like a frog tried to be an ox when as a mediocre first term senator from Illinois out of the blue announced he's running for president. People gasped and frowned; couldn't believe their ears. An unknown man and black at that wanted to run for president?! A man with zero social standing? Against the New York senator and the US First Lady (Hillary Clinton who's considered a shoo-in for the post). They - which Obama remembered as whites - chided him (Obama) for his unrealistic ambition and futile venture, likening it to a frog trying to be an ox! Obama was undeterred; and went on to defeat the shoo-in First Lady at the primary level and eventually became the 44th president of the US.
Whether Mamdani has similar success we don't know - whether a frog can become an ox like Obama did, remain to be seen, but one thing is certain, it'll be risky for Netanyahu to travel to New York. Mamdani may have changed his tune, but the lyrics remained: 'Arrest Netanyahu!' You can't preclude other ideas, especially in the US where anti-Jews sentiments are high. Don't forget after Biden (President Biden) called for the killing of Trump during a rally which many quarters called a joke; but soon after some assassin fired a couple of shots at Trump at a rally which graced his ear. The next shot could hit its mark! Hence, it'll be best for his safety if Netanyahu never visits New York or the US altogether for that matter. Although Netanyahu could arm himself with a pistol after learning to shoot as I envisaged in my two previous articles online.
I also wouldn't put pass the Democrats who hated Jews to countenance the shooting of the Israeli prime minister, although may not actively enable it.
If I were the Middle-class whites I would not make the same mistake the UK voters made when they somehow voted in power the Labor Party - the party that had lost the sense of right and wrong - with disastrous concomitant of allowing endless stream of boat people to enter the UK - to shrink their welfare funds and take away their already scarce jobs, not mention to stretch hospital queue for miles after miles to overwhelm the service. Know or scrutinize the intention or inclinations of whom you vote into office; for once voted in, you'll be at their mercy for four years! Checked. Do you wish to know more?

Mamdani Is A Frog Trying To Be An Ox!

He went on to incentivize both of them with the concomitant of disasters for the minoritiy communities in Syria and the ridiculous attempt to arrest Bibi Netanyahu when he sets foot in New York city, both under the approving eyes of Trump himself; he's totally silent while the massacres of Kurds (who were allies of US during ISIS fighting), Christians. Alawites and other minority groups were being committed! Because he loved al-Sharaa so much, or because he received orders from President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey. Whatever the reason Trump's attitude was not acceptable, or right. He's supposed to be the leader of the free world - his duty is to protect the world! Not to give cover to obnoxious characters like al-Yalani or Mamdani - of both Trump's clueless about their threats to the West. The way Trump molly-coddled these two after inviting them to visit him at the White House was beyond belief. And the concomitant of it was the emergence of obnoxious behavior of Mamdani who wanted to add another portfolio to his duties as the New York major: to enforce the arrest warrant of the ICC against PM of Israel Bibi Netanyahu when he sets foot in New York city! (Mamdani:A frog which tried to be an ox after being incentivized and spoiled by clueless President Trump!).'"
Dr. Condolezza Rice Calls Trump Admin To Finish Off Iran's Military

I would not for instance make light of the situation in Iran, and that we are winning! Are we? So far, it's apparent that President Trump wants to leave the regime in place or has to due to escalating pressures! In that alone it means we are not wining. Why sstart something you if you don't want to finish? Everyone knows Iranian Mullahs and Ayatolah himself want to bring the world to heel by force (hence the deployment of proxies!). And the point of going into Iran is: to end the so-called the Octopus of Evil for good, not to poke it and make it mad! But the signals both from Netanyahu and Trump had been ambiguous - Israel wanted to remove the sword hanging over their forever (once and for all) but stopped short of toppling the regime which clearly, they could do within their means but wary of appearing bullying Iran or at least about 10% of Iran who still supported the bellying-up regime! This is a mistake Trump and Netanyahu will end up making by design or public opinion pressure (I am not sure). However, they should realize that no war is perfect or tailor-made to our liking. A hard choice will have to be made to see it though at all costs is the only right choice here, by all means - or we will achieve nothing and worse would have to face a revenge from the surviving, bitter regime if they lived to fight again!
