minister was fruitless, but would keep trying. Keep trying for what? He should stop embarrassing the MCA and reducing its credibility further by continuing to beg despite being rebuffed earlier.
Again, this proved that the Malaysian Chinese Association has really completely lost its usefulness. If a small matter like Jonker Walk closure was beyond its power then, that 's it.

The following stories may fire your imagination, pique your interest. Some say 1MDB is Malaysia's Sovereign Wealth fund; to others they asked what wealth fund when its total capitalization is just One million ringgit? But, then again, if you think you can look down on the pet idea of the Malaysian prime minister, think again. His idea has the potential of turning the now world famous - or shall we say, infamous - 1Malaysia Development Berhad into a giant corporation you can ever imagine - even bigger than Bill Gate's Microsoft! At least, it could be, if the original course is stayed. It was supposed to inspire Malaysians to think big besides advance growth, according to its slogans screaming out of giant bill boards throughout the country. 'Backed' by the finance ministry who owns it - which means money will never be the problem - it can only succeed. But..it didn't. It failed! That's why it may have piqued many people's curiosity. How can a company flush with cash and can borrow any amount (billions) anytime could fail? Well, this may be in line with your thinking. People have seen since its inception - I mean after its name was changed in 1999 from Trengganu Investment Authority (TIA) to the present - it hasn't done any business! I have used present tense deliberately. It hasn't done any business yet. I mean if you are in business you need to make profit or find ways to make profit. Or close shop. Oh, I had heard about their filings of tax returns and hiring of a couple of internationally known auditors to sign off on their balance sheets; but these concerned only the company's borrowings and interests to be paid. Two massive bonds were issued to the tune of $7 billions. To buy up power plants. Again I want to say if you are in business to make money even investing in independent Power Plants, it should be done with the view to making a profit. The decision may be long term or short term, it doesn't matter, it has to make money, or no deal. May be they have done the right thing. Maybe luck was not on their side. Still, the amount is staggering. I didn't know having or managing so much money can be a problem! But many - especially the Malays - have not given up hope yet. Yes, may be the durians are just ripening; may be they need time and may fall soon!

Malaysia's Vision 2020

Malaysia is supposed to be on its way to becoming a developed nation, by the year 2020. Will she make it (in less than five years -tick-tuck, tick-tuck)? There is no doubt the year 2020 is coming whether the country is ready or not, and if that will be the only requirement then Malaysia will attain that developed nation status on schedule. There is a question, though, Will Malaysia, or Malaysians, for that matter, be ready for that status as far as their affluence, quality of life's concern? Currently Malaysia's GNI per capita stood at US$10060. According to the World Bank high income economies are those with GNI per capita of US$12,745. And until Malaysians earn much more to be there, the developed nation status may not be achieved even by the year 2020. The futility of declaring a country a high income country when it's not, achieves nothing. May be even counter-productive; it lulls the country into false sense of success and premature celebration. Don't forget China reportedly overtook Japan as the world's second largest economy, but in actual fact China's citizens' ca pita income is a fraction of the incomes of the Japanese who earn $37,000. Chinese incomes range from $13,000. China's gross domestic product, taken as a whole, may beat Japan's, but in term of quality of life, and GNI per capita income, the criteria for a developed nation status, China still has a lot of catching up to do. That's why China still qualifies as recipient of Japan's economic aid meant for developing countries. Comparing with the Chinese per capita domestic product, Malaysia is even worse off. Unless the government bucks up and rushes to create more wealth for its citizens, the Vision 2020 dream may remain just that ..a dream.

Trump Should Prevent Abdul el-Sayad From Winning The Michigan Senate Seat To Spite Obama His Nemesis
"'Is Nancy Mace aware that the Muslim Brotherhood she's trying to get Abdul El-Sayyad to confirm or deny he or his family have any connection with, was paved the way to get its very first foothold or even toehold on US soil by former US president Barrack Hussein Obama (a Muslim parading as a Christian, os shall we say a Muslim in Christian figleaf, many believed?)?' - 'ineed, that was the concomitant of the American voters' clueless thinking in their minds when they - Blacks, Browns Or Whites - rejected Hillary Clinton the what they called a shoo-in candidate from New York plus also the reigning US First Lady and chose Obama. An unknown Senator from Illinois who not only lacked social standing (and pratically had had any experience running a company at all, zero) compared to Clinton and was even called a frog trying to be an ox! And...couldn't prove he's natual-born citizen. Many people, including the First Lady and even Donald J. Trump (who himself coveted being US president some day) asked - no, demanded he produced his Long Form birth certificate before he could carry on with his campaign to become president of the US. But a sympathetic judge waved him through anyway. Obama didn't do that, until two years later! That's, long after he'd been safely inaugurated the 44th president! Smart, isn't he? For once he became the president and commander-in-chief, he became untouchable. As command-in-chief of the world's sole superpower armed forces, everyone on the planet must bow to him (the Emperor), including the judge who saved him! Trump became apprehensive after seeing a judge waving Obama through at the first hurdle, the only one that matters - to qualify to be a candidate in the presidential election! Realizing his Birther campaign against Obama had failed Trump started another campaign: to unequivocally declare - 'Obama's A Natural-born US Citizen!' - to stave off any retaliation from the man injured by his allegations. But 'not so fast' says Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio who said otherwise! But that was another story. Like Obama, Trump's another smart aleck who thought it wouldn't hurt or cost much to campaign to get into Obama's good book! What self-preservation could do to a person! To be fair (or to his credit, Trump has the right to do what he did as any concerned US citizen; but Trump viewed self-preservation as more important than loyalty to the Republic - he chose the former, and no harm from Obama came to him. So Obama was finally accepted as lawful American citizen - preceded by his willingness or readiness after two long years of repeated promises, to present his so-called Long Form birth certificate! The act was largely academic; for by then Obama had long been inaugurated as the 44th president! Still, for a lot of Americans like Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the question remained, why Obama took two years to do something that one could do it within two hours (He Can Send His White House Aide To Fly To Honolulu, copy an extract of his birth certificate from the hospital's register and fly back to Washington to hand it to him!)?
Even after this episode, his open avowal to make life hell for the American middle class (in repayment for ridiculing him as a frog trying to be an ox, or that he lacked social standing to wrest the Democratic Party's nomination from Hillary Clinton the First lady who came from the Middle Class white community. He vowed to bring down the proud high living standard of Whites in America to that of his African-American Blacks. And also vowed to dismantle bricks by bricks the proud and beloved Republic that our forefathers had fought for and left for us, to make it so weak and ripe for conquest by his Islamist brothers and sisters to turn it into an Islamic state! Yes, even after this episode, Obama was reelected to his second term! His neferious repeated threats against the Republic didn't bring any repurcussion whatsoever. Obama emerged none the worse after that episode because of the Dem Party was onrnal his side. And the Democratic Party was once all-powerful and respected then. Like the Republican Party; more so, in fact, if I may say so! It completely shielded Obama from any concomitants of his action. He can do as he pleases as president. In fact, Obama was not only loved and protected by the Dems, they were enamored of him as someone divine, a messiah! The Dems all of them such as Harry Reid o Nancy Pelosy lived only to be of service to Obama! All the threats or plans to dismantle the America n Republic, or the threats at Cairo University right after his inauguration against past US presidents whom he accused of unsepcified injustices perpetrated against his Muslim brothers and sisters were forgotten.
Hence, Obama was none the worse, able to contnue to live in the US in America (he vowed to dismantle bricks by bricks) in comfort and safety paid for by American tax payers until he dies! No reaping of what he sowed!
And so would another Democratic Party Islamist in the big ten of you help me I help you - Abdul El-Sayad, if I may warn you. Al-Sayad managed to breach the first hurdle by defeating Haley Stevens also from DSA, due to young white American girls they say. Abdul el-Sayad is not an easy guy to dismiss or defeat; he's well-prepared, an articulate person! He can navigate any questions or accusations against him by being articulate person he's - using language easily and fluently, a person with facility of words, if you will. He can answer any question using words which all dance to his tune like animals in the circus! If words failed him he can turn to subterfuge, to pull wool over American Middle Class or White Americans' eyes - that he's not a socialist like Bernie Sanders or even AOC - but just an Egyptian guy who doesn't want to impose Sharia law in America, but just bring the cost of living down for poor Americans and cost of medical bills for everyone; never accused Israel of genocide, never said Jews promised to the Palestinians 'you could come back within a few days,' after the Nakba; he treated Israelis as his beloved brothers and sisters - all the opposite of what he really said, did or opined or subscribed to! All lies! Like what Obama just said a few days ago or yesterday I am not sure when he claimed the Palestinians hve the right to claim back their land! What land? Who bequated it to them? According to the prime minister of Malaysia a country of Muslim majority, just being a resident or residents of a piece of land but never set up a ruling government with a prime minister at its head, have authority to collect taxes, budget money earmarked to spend on development, to provide services such as keeping the country safe and clean through rubbish disposal plus on defensse defend its borders. None of that existed in the area that Jews formed their state in 1948. What actually existed then was a big piece of land known as Palestine in which both Jews and Arabs inhibited, the latter admittedly a bigger group. However, the British being morally right always took census of the Arab group as the bigger community and was given a larger chunk out of that land and the more fertile side of the land while Jews were given the smaller piece of desert with no water at all but dry desert so arid that there's no water to support vegetation at al! And this Obama dared to claim Jews had to give back the land they stole from the Palestinians! (like President Trump who claimed he is the Jews' best friend but went on to participate in a conference with the Arabs at Sharm-el-Shaik to plot without inviting Prime minister Bibi Netanyahu to be present, a future pathway for setting up a Palestinian state in the Judea and Samaria or the West Bank! No wonder Trump banned Netanyahu from annexing the West Bank Trump also deployed Jared Kushner to oversee the settling of the Israel-Hamas conflict (sidelining his traditional Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff since because he was deemed as not Jewish enough, I guess); Trump like Abdul el-Sayad never hesitates to use his arsenal of subterfuge to get his way - like so when suddenly announced that he would soon be a grandfather to a Jewish grandson when his daughter Ivanka gives birth to a son! Trump's prepared to be seen as a vain person deploying even his own grandson in order to fool the Jews. Trump and Abdul and all their ilk, have one thing in common: to cheat or fool! Checked.
I pray for the American people be fully aware of whom they vote into office (the Senate) or everything in America will never be the same again. Like what happened to the UK! The British people, who also once was known as English, are now suffering as stuck in quicksand with no one extending a dead branch to save them! They somehow listened to Keir Starmer the former Labor prime minister to vote him and his ilk in the Labor on the promise to better than the Conservatives. They were lied to; Keir Starmer and Labor turned out to be much, much worse! So never forget for the rest of your life. Remember what Obama wished for or to do. The turmoil in America with the American Middle Class in confrontation with the left, or liberal or Islamist, pitting open border to closing Southern Border was the concomitant of Obama's plans. Trump was thought to be a savior for the Republic - his aggressive actions to deport illegal immigrants and slam shut the Southern border was praise-worthy, and his proposed the Save America Act as another good deed we should all support. Let's hope and pray Trump start treating the quest by Muslims led by the evil Muslim Brotherhood to take over America and usher in the Sharia law as something dangerous to the Republic we all including Trump loved, and start doing something about it!
